We make our products with the best materials we can find and pay particular attention to the quality of each handmade product. However, we are humans and we can’t control everything. • Never fold a notebook cover in half without a notebook inside. The spine will not take the pressure and will break.

• You can clean smudges or minor marks on the timber by gently dabbing the affected areas with white vinegar or eucalyptus oil using a soft cloth.

• Avoid getting the products wet. Although we have tested our products with water/ice and they survived, our products are timber and paper. They don’t like water so keep them dry and clean up asap if moisture gets on them.

• We treat our timber with Danish oil. It protects the timber, brings out the grain and also gives the delightful smell. To refresh your product, you can optionally apply a fresh coat of Danish or mineral oil every 12 months or so.
